We will cover anatomy, labour and birth, comfort measures, common interventions (and how to avoid them), navigating communication, what to expect early postpartum, breastfeeding/feeding and newborn care.

You will also receive a workbook to help you develop your birth values (plans change, values don’t!), plus a tonne of resources to refrerence.
